The Challenge
Lumina Properties was selling R20M+ homes out of a dated, generic WordPress site that hadn't been touched since 2019. Their competitors — Frank Real Estate, Pam Golding, Seeff — all had modern digital experiences. Lumina was losing high-net-worth buyers before the first conversation.
Average session time was 44 seconds. Enquiry rate was below 0.8%. The site was slow, unresponsive on mobile, and communicated the exact opposite of the brand's premium positioning.
Our Solution
We designed and built an entirely new digital presence — cinematic full-bleed photography layouts, a custom property search experience, smooth scroll animations, and an enquiry flow engineered to feel effortless.
Every detail was obsessed over: hover states, page transitions, load performance, mobile experience, and a map-driven listings view that buyers actually want to use. The result? A website that feels as premium as the properties it sells.
